This hotel is an exceptional hotel. Very well done. The service is fantastic throughout our stay. The staff where very helpful and friendly, I can not emphasize this enough. We carried around many items of luggage and this was no issue for the staff who always wanted to help. Everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and presentable. It felt like a really nice hotel. I was very comfortable thought-out my stay. Amenities like a gym and a pool with a bar. It is in a very good location. With a BTS right out side; a market around the corner. I never felt like I was too far away from everything I wanted to do.

The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Staff Pui! She offered a free upgrade to higher floors for our room twice during the trip, and answered all our enquiries. Will definitely come back again! The rooms are clean and there is nice view from the room as well, beds are comfortable too. Great stay!

Had a good stay here. Got an upgrade and an early check in, both complimentary, thanks to the generosity of the staff. The buffet breakfast here is very good too, and so is the vibe and atmosphere of the dining cafe. They've got a good gym, which seemed empty most of the time, and a pool, which is less than desirable in terms of the size, length, and swimmability, not that most people choose a hotel based on their pool. Take note that the hotel tales deposit of THB 500. If you pay with card, they'll only refund you in a month, but if you pay in cash, you get your money back when you check out. That can be annoying if you're headed to the airport right away and don't want extra cash. The location is pretty good. Right by the BTS station and a mall. All in all, I had a great stay and can see myself returning.

Location is very strategic at on nut MRT and linked to small shopping centre that have places to eat , tops super. The room is adequately clean and well managed. Service is good and we can see everyone try to make the stay nice. Usual place to stay in bkk now. Hopefully the room type reserved can be followed also as requested, although the hotel always do their best.
